Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the terms on which Bravelle, a business registered under CHE-842.172.994, located at Gotthardstrasse 52, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland, offers its professional development courses and related products and services via bravelle.digital.

1. Course Offerings

Bravelle offers three categories of offerings: live professional development services, digital information products, and physical study materials.

2. Registration and Fees

Upon registration, you agree to pay the applicable fee. Fees are processed securely. Any discount or promotion is valid only as specified.

4. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Live Professional Development Services

You may cancel up to seven days before the start date to receive a full reimbursement of paid fees. Reimbursement is made via the original method used for fee settlement within fourteen calendar days. You may also transfer your enrollment to a future event date subject to availability. Cancellations made within seven days of the start date or after services have commenced are non-refundable due to the allocation of resources and planning involved. No reimbursement is provided for no-shows; however, a transfer may be requested.

4.2 Digital Information Products

For digital products, you have a fourteen-day period after download to request a full reimbursement if the content has not been substantially used. To request, please use our contact form. Reimbursements are processed within fourteen calendar days. After this period or once substantial use is evident, all sales are final, as digital content cannot be recalled.

4.3 Physical Study Materials

Physical products may be sent back in unused condition within thirty days of delivery. You must notify us via the contact form to obtain authorization for sending items back. Customers cover shipping to our facility. Once received and inspected, a reimbursement of paid fees is issued within fourteen calendar days.

5. No-Show and Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may join an ongoing session but no reduction in fee applies. No reimbursement is granted for partial attendance.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials and content are the exclusive property of Bravelle and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Liability

Bravelle's liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental harms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
